With over 18 years of experience in event planning and strategic communications, Erin is a seasoned professional known for executing high-impact events that drive engagement, brand awareness, and organizational success. She has spearheaded the planning and execution of multi-day conferences, corporate retreats, galas, political rallies, and advocacy tours for high-profile clients.
Erin’s expertise lies in strategic event management, sponsorship development, and innovative experiential marketing. She has successfully coordinated events ranging from 20 attendees to 2,500 attendees, with budgets up to $750,000. Her ability to curate personalized event experiences, negotiate contracts, and lead cross-functional teams has established her as a trusted leader in the industry.
Before founding Wiley Ideas, Erin served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the Global Entrepreneurship Network, where she played a pivotal role in securing $2 million in sponsorship revenue and organizing international conferences attended by leaders from over 130 countries.
A graduate of George Washington University with an M.A. in Political Management and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma, Erin is also a recipient of the prestigious University of Oklahoma Regents Award for her dedication to mentorship and scholarship development.
